Risk: Pregnancy
Consequences: Poverty, low birth weight babies, premature babies, break-ups, stress, dropping out of high school, “no life”
Risk: STD’s/HIV
Consequences: No more sex for the rest of your life, death , failing health, infertility, permanent health damage
Risk: Emotional hurt
Consequences: poor decision making, low self esteem, regret
Assess YOUR risk for either pregnancy, STD’s or HIV. How at risk are you? What types of behaviors are putting you at risk? What is keeping you from thinking realistically that these things won’t happen to you?
