When finished, determine which areas of health you think need to be improved.
Illness-wellness continuum: Some people view health on a continuum- that there are degrees of health. Premature death, or illness is at one end of the continuum, where optimal well being, or wellness is at the other end of the continuum. The continuum never ends- we can always strive to improve our health and well-being.
