The final part of your goal setting project is to assess how you did over the past three weeks in striving to reach your nutrition and fitness goal. In this assessment, which should be no shorter than one page typed (double spaced, size 12 font), you must answer the following quesitons:
1. What was your goal?
2. How did you go about reaching your goal?
3. What sort of benefits (physical and/or mental) did you experience over the past three weeks?
4. What were the biggest challenges you faced, and how did you overcome these challenges?
5. Overall, do you feel you were successful in reaching your goal?
6. If you were to do this again, what would you do differently?
This assignment counts as the third part of your project. It is due on Thursday, December 3, 2009.
